Group Fitness Classes in the GREAT OUTDOORS!
Join me at Silver Park in Missoula, Montana 2-3x/week for this 1 hour Tabata workout that will get you feeling stronger!
What is a Tabata Workout?
Tabata™ is a 6 week group training program that is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol. Group members receive an easy and individually formatted program, and participate in weekly workouts that will result in true, successful weight loss and muscle gain. These exercises are combined with metabolic tracking, and 24/7 web support that help deliver amazing body transformation results.
I will provide you valuable guidance on other important factors in your lifestyle that are impacting your weight and fitness levels and how taking small steps during your 8 week program will lead to big results. Then, to keep your metabolism boosted between our sessions, group members participate in 6-minute daily web workouts provided to them on the online Tabata™ Members Website. On the website, group members also have immediate access to track their results, monitor their success, and receive support through their fellow group members and their trainers.

What is circuit running?
A running circuit workout combines short bursts of running with other exercises, creating more of an interval type workout, to improve your cardio and strength at the same time!
Session 1: April 14th – May 7th
Session 2: May 12th – June 4th
Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 4pm
Each participant will receive a band to keep and bring each time to class. Due to COVID-19 the maximum number of participants will be 5. I will add classes if necessary.
